El Abonado is a short film written and directed by Pedro Pacheco Arlandi, winner of the UMA Award for Fantasy and Horror Short Film Projects (Malaga University).

Filmed in May 2012, the short film premiered at the 22nd Málaga Fantastic and Horror Film Festival (Fancine) in November of that same year. It was distributed and screened at various national and international festivals, winning the Jury Prize at the 2013 Bangkok International Student Film Festival.
