The mission behind Malaga Film Office’s intense promotional campaign is to let the world know about the great talent of our creators, technicians, companies in the sector, as well as all the possibilities and advantages that the city of Malaga offers as a location for audiovisual productions, managing effectively the necessary resources to provide producers with maximum facilities and capture their interest in this way.
To this end, every year, we participate in national and international forums, festivals, fairs and marketplaces in person as well as online via both the Andalucia and the Spain Film Commission.
Among others, the following actions are highlighted: Spanish Screenings – Málaga de Cine (Malaga Festival), FITUR Screen (Madrid), San Sebastián Festival, Focus London, European Film Market (Berlin), Marché du Film (Cannes), Ischia International Location Festival , Location Expo -American Film Market (California), Ventana Sur (Argentina), Diorama International Film Festival (India), FILMART (Hong Kong), TIFFCom Asia (Japan), etc.
